To study on scholarship you have to apply for scholarship first then for university or you have to first apply for university?
Brother, First you need to get admission, and then the university automatically considers you for a merit-based scholarship, if your academic background is good. Despite this, if you are talking about a Regional scholarship it will be open in the month of June. So you can apply separately after getting admission to the university.
