• Use Your Personal Number: When calling to schedule an appointment, please make sure to use your personal phone number. This number will be used by the Embassy for any further communication.
• Appointment Allocation: Appointments will be allocated based on availability in our office calendars. Italy Embassy Islamabad kindly requests that you do not insist on early appointments, as slots for dates prior to your proposed appointment may have already been filled.
• Urgent Cases: In the event of extremely urgent cases, such as medical emergencies, please notify us promptly. Only family members (spouses or parents in the case of minors) are permitted to request appointments on behalf of the applicant. Third-party requests will not be accommodated. Each applicant must register separately for an appointment.
• Language Preferences: You have the option to communicate in Italian, Urdu, or English when calling our appointment lines.
• Data Verification: On the day of your appointment, please ensure that the applicant’s data matches the information provided during the appointment scheduling process. If there are any discrepancies, your application may not be processed.
• Document Preparation: To expedite the procedure, the Italian Embassy in Islamabad advises all applicants to prepare their documents in accordance with the checklists available on our embassy’s website (www.ambislamabad.esteri.it).
